Cheers! 22 May 2008 – Britt returned last night from a 6 day trip to Portland, OR where she revisited familiar stomping grounds enjoying tasty microbrews, stinky cheese, and somewhat less stinky friends. 15 May 2008 – So, here's the scene: it's 1999, there are four or five macho 20-year-old guys laying around a dorm room on a Friday night, drinking beer, trying to decide where we want to wreak havoc for the evening. For some reason, The Muppets Take Manhattan is on the TV that no one is watching, when out of nowhere, our dear friend Ryan Keegan begins belting out this scene at the top of his lungs: It was probably one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Little did he know that nearly 10 years later I would be marrying a Swedish pastry chef! Bork! Bork! Bork! -Shane 20 Apr 2008 – Shane spent a long weekend in New Orleans with Kris, Steve and Adam in honor of warm weather, cold libations, and green fairies. Having returned [relatively] unharmed, he vows never again to eat pizza from a place named after a tropical fruit. 31 Mar 2008 – We enjoyed a nice weekend with Britt's parents who ventured to Cleveland from Connecticut to celebrate Britt's birthday. Many a bottle of champagne was drunk, a delicious meal eaten, and a good time had. 03 Feb 2008 – Eat your heart out, George Jefferson, we moved up to the east side. After a long couple days of hauling our stuff from New York to Ohio, we rewarded ourselves with a several good beers and the Super Bowl. Now, if we could only figure out which box has the toilet paper in it... 18 Jan 2008 – Well, it's official... we've achieved the American dream. "What?" you ask, "You converted the whole world to Christianity?" Sadly, no, but we are homeowners! We signed the papers this morning and should be getting the keys this evening.
